14-day right of withdrawal
A consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in the Online Store without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Submit an application using the online function “Withdraw from the contract” or send an unequivocal application to info@grovegz.com. Include at least the order number, your name, the email address used for the purchase and the goods from which you wish to withdraw.
Returning the goods
Hand the goods over to the carrier within 14 days of submitting the application, or provide proof that you have done so. Return instructions will be sent by email. The purchaser bears the direct cost of returning the goods, except where the goods are incorrect or defective.
You may inspect the product to the same extent as you would in a physical shop. If the product has been used beyond this, the refund may be reduced only by the proven decrease in value. Please use the original packaging where possible, but its absence does not exclude the right of withdrawal.
Refund
The Online Store will refund all payments received under the contract, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered, using the same payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the application. The refund may be withheld until the goods have been received or the purchaser has provided proof that they were sent back.
Exceptions and defective goods
Statutory exceptions may apply, for example, to made-to-order or personalised goods and hygiene goods with opened packaging. In the case of defective or incorrect goods, contact info@grovegz.com; the Online Store will bear the reasonable cost of returning such goods.
