Refund Policy
The right of return is valid for 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as permitted when testing goods in a physical store. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a condition where their appearance has not changed.
A return request must be submitted within 14 days to info@grovegz.com. The request must include the order number and the customer’s name
The product return is carried out according to the instructions provided by GroVegz via email after the request has been processed. The return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
After receiving the returned product, the Seller will refund the purchase price to the Buyer’s account at the earliest opportunity, but no later than within 7 days.
