Delivery
Goods are delivered within Estonia and to other European Union countries. During checkout, the available delivery methods, service provider and exact price are shown based on the purchaser’s address and the dimensions of the goods.
Possible service providers include DPD, Omniva, SmartPosti/Itella and Venipak. Delivery costs are borne by the purchaser and are shown before the order carrying an obligation to pay is confirmed.
Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the purchaser within 7 working days of the contract entering into force. Delivery to other European Union countries generally takes up to 30 calendar days. In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days; the purchaser will be notified in such cases.
The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to the consumer upon receipt. In the event of a delivery problem, the consumer should contact the Online Store at info@grovegz.com.
