Terms of Service
1. General information
1.1.
Online store http://www.grovegz.com (hereinafter the Online Store) is owned by Housing OÜ (registration code 11712597), located at Aavoja tee 7, Vikipalu, Harju county, Estonia.
2. Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
2.1.
These terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
2.2.
The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. Delivery and custom duty fees may be added to the price.
2.3.
All prices of goods sold in the Online Store are in euros.
2.4.
The delivery cost depends on the buyer’s location and the selected delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
2.5.
Information about the product is provided in the Online Store directly next to the
product.
3. Forming the order
3.1.
To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart.
3.2.
To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and choose the
appropriate method of product delivery.
3.3.
The amount of the fee is then
displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following
payment methods:
- Estonian bank payments
- Estonian pay later solutions
3.4.
When paying with a bank link, be sure to press the "Back to the merchant" button.
4. Payment methods
4.1.
Payments are mediated by ESTO AS.
4.2.
Payment is made outside the
Webshop in a secure environment - when paying with a bank link, in the
secure environment of the respective bank, and in the secure environment of
ESTO AS when paying with a card.
4.3.
The seller does not have
access to the customer's bank and credit card data.
4.4.
The contract enters into
force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the online store's current
account.
4.5.
The owner of the online store is the responsible processor of personal data
and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the
authorized processor ESTO AS.
5. Product availability
5.1.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for
some other reason, the buyer will be informed of this as soon as possible.
5.2.
Money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be returned
without delay, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
6. Delivery
6.1.
Goods are sent to the following countries:
- Estonia
- European Union
6.2.
To receive the goods, the buyer has the following options:
- Itella courier service
- Omniva courier service
- DPD courier service
- Venipak courier service
6.3.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the selected delivery method.
6.4.
Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the
buyer within 7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
6.5.
Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 30 calendar days.
6.6.
In exceptional cases, you have the right to deliver the goods within 45
calendar days.
7. Right of withdrawal
7.1.
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the
contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.
7.2.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
7.3.
In order to use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used
in any other way than is necessary to make sure of the nature, characteristics
and functioning of the goods in a way that is allowed for testing the goods in a
physical store.
7.4.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to
verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if they show
signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable
fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
7.5.
In order to return the goods, you must submit a free form withdrawal from
the purchase of the goods to the e-mail address info@grovegz.com within 14 days of receiving the goods at the latest.
8. Product returns and refunds
8.1.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for
the return lies in the fact that the product to be returned does not correspond
to the one ordered (e.g. a wrong or defective product).
8.2.
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal request or provide proof that the goods were handed over to the carrier within the specified period.
8.3.
The Online Store will refund the buyer all amounts paid under the contract without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal request.
8.4.
The Online Store may refuse to issue refunds until it has received the item
that is the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided evidence
that it has returned the item, whichever occurs first.
8.5.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest
usual delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store does not
have to refund the cost to the consumer that exceeds the cost associated with
the usual delivery method.
8.6.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and
demand the return of the goods from the buyer, if the price of the goods in the
online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due
to an error.
9. The right to file a claim
9.1.
The Online Store is responsible for any non-conformity or defect of the sold goods that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years.
9.2.
During the first year, it is assumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery, unless the Online Store proves otherwise.
9.3.
In case a defect appears, the buyer must contact the Online Store within two months by sending an email to info@grovegz.com
or by calling +372 53 568 834.
9.4.
The online store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the
goods have been handed over to the buyer.
9.5.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the
Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the
defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Webshop will
return the cost of the goods to the buyer
9.6.
The online store responds to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form
that enables written reproduction within 14 days.
10. Direct marketing and personal data processing
10.1.
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process
the order and send the goods to the buyer.
10.2.
The online store transmits
personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver
goods.
10.3.
The online store sends the buyer newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail
address only if the buyer has expressed his wish to do so by entering an email address on the website and has indicated his wish to receive direct mail
notifications.
10.4.
The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to e-mail at any time by
notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail
containing the offers.
11. Solving arguments
11.1.
If the buyer has complaints about the Online Store, they should be sent to info@grovegz.com or by phone: +372 58 563 993.
11.2.
If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement,
the buyer can appeal to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
11.3.
The Consumer Disputes Committee resolves disputes arising from the contract between the buyer and the Online Store, and the proceedings are free of charge for both parties.
11.4.
In addition, the buyer can contact the European Union Online Dispute Resolution platform.
