Terra Aquatica pH Down Sec 25 g – dry pH reducer for nutrient solutions

Terra Aquatica pH Down Sec 25 g is a concentrated powdered pH reducerhelps bring the pH of irrigation water and nutrient solutions to a plant-friendly level. Its dry formulation is easy to store, transport and dose.

The correct pH is essential for plant nutrient uptake. When pH is too high, some nutrients become less available to plants.

Use for lowering pH

Add approximately 1 g of pH Down Sec powder per 5–6 litres of water or nutrient solution and mix thoroughly.

Then measure the solution’s pH. If necessary, add more pH reducer in small increments or dilute the solution until the desired pH is reached.

Always adjust pH gradually, as this is a concentrated product.

Versatile use

In addition to regulating nutrient-solution pH, T.A. pH Down Sec can also be used for cleaning irrigation systems and pipework.

For cleaning irrigation systems: use approximately 1 g per litre of water. Allow the solution to work in the system, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Safe handling

This is a strong pH regulator. Avoid contact with skin and eyes, wear suitable protective equipment when handling it and keep it out of reach of children.
