pH calibration powders 4.01, 6.86 and 9.18 are designed for accurately calibrating digital pH meters and checking measurement results. The set contains three buffer powders with different reference values, allowing the meter to be adjusted across acidic, neutral and alkaline ranges.

An accurate pH reading is particularly important when monitoring water, irrigation water and nutrient solutions. A correctly calibrated meter provides reliable measurements in home gardens, greenhouses and hydroponics. Regular calibration helps maintain the device’s accuracy; always follow your meter’s instructions as well.

pH calibration powders with three reference values

Each powder sachet is intended for preparing 250 ml of calibration solution. The prepared buffer solution is used as a known reference value when calibrating a pH meter. Reference values are specified at 25 °C.

pH calibration powders: preparing the solution

Dissolve the contents of one sachet in water according to the package instructions to make a total of 250 ml of solution. Use the resulting buffer solution to calibrate the pH meter at the corresponding pH value. Rinse the measuring electrode with clean water before using the next calibration solution so the solutions do not mix.

The three-value set allows you to check the meter at several points and identify possible deviations before measuring water or nutrient solution. Important: these pH calibration powders are intended for calibrating the pH function. A separate EC calibration solution is required to calibrate EC measurement.
