1. Choose a location. Choose a level growing site with the right amount of light for your plants. Remove large stones and weeds.
2. Join the panels. Fasten the parts with the stainless bolts and nuts included in the kit and form an even circle.
3. Check the fixings. Fit the safety edging and make sure all joints are properly tightened before filling.
4. Fill the box. Branches and leaves suit the bottom layer, compost the middle, and good-quality growing soil the top layer.

What to grow in a raised bed?

The 107 cm diameter growing area is well suited to lettuces, herbs, onions, strawberries and more compact vegetables. Plants can be arranged in rings, with taller ones in the centre and lower ones at the edge. This keeps the whole growing area easy to reach and makes efficient use of the space.
